Broughton Capital Ltd is a specialist corporate finance consultancy, based in the UK. The company arranges finance for businesses based in the UK and abroad, using funding sources both from within the UK and overseas. They have been in practice as financial professionals since 1991 and have worked in international corporate finance since 1997, their first deal being in Warsaw, Poland with the EBRD. Around 70% of their business is property finance related (development and long term) with the balance made up of a mix of finance for other business sectors.

They work directly with over 30 funders and occasionally funders’ agents, depending on case type and location. The funders are both institutional and private, located in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, South Africa and other locations, but with international scope. Loan and or equity funding is available at up to 100% of costs, depending on case type, location and quality. International joint venture partners can also be arranged if required. Broughton Capital Ltd is a member of the Institute of Financial Services (UK) as set up by the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
