The client is now enjoying a comfortable advantage over other potential suppliers.
The current brief includes monitoring, intelligence and analysis on the procurement process, counsel on tender procedures and in preparation of tenders, client representation, monitoring of competitive activities and media management.

Power generation plant, machinery and accessories
Constantinos Kittis was engaged as senior counsel to an established Greek manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the thermoelectric power generation especially for the 3rd and 4th phase of the expansion program of the Electricity Authority in Cyprus.
As a result of our efforts, the company has been listed as an approved supplier and is participating in tenders; thus our brief has been completed successfully.
Major software project in the health sector
DKA has been appointed Project Consultant to a major international company specialising in computer software and hardware. The company is involved in a negotiated tender procedure for a major quasi-Government project.
