Mr. Kittis has served as Chairman of the Board of a listed Life Insurance Company for 14 solid years from its incorporation in 1994. Following a major merger last year he continues to be Deputy Chairman. He has also served as a Board member in 5 major listed retailing and financial services Companies.
In 1995 he spearheaded the establishment of an investment company which was then launched through an IPO in 2000. He served as Executive Chairman and the launch was most successful. Because of this success it received a friendly public offer by and merged with the largest (in terms of capital) Investment Fund. As a result Mr. Kittis took over as Chairman of the Board of the CLR Investment Fund where he served until 2005. |
