knight chess piece Strategic corporate direction

We work together with the client to integrate audit results and Change Management findings, to map the growth channels available to the company and work out the best direction for it to take.

Should it invest in innovation and technology? Should it increase its size to achieve economies of scale in its current product/service line? Should it diversify, and in which sectors? These are key questions that need to be answered.

Then we identify whether the current organisation structure and talent available in the enterprise can sustain and support the optimum growth strategy.

Subsequently, we analyse the best way to achieve the change. Do we proceed to merger or takeover? Do we acquire patents/technology rights? What are the minimum requirements we should look for?

Finally we work out the Change Management Plan. This is the most difficult and tricky part of the process. It requires vision and management, commitment at all levels, careful planning, communications and continuous monitoring of interim results.

DKA will continue to support and review change plans during the implementation stage.
