History and structure of the group

The DKA Group was founded in June 1982, by the former Cyprus Minister of Commerce & Industry, Mr. Constantinos Kittis. The company began as Dinos Kittis Associates Ltd, a specialised business consulting organisation, a bold and pioneering move for Cyprus in the early 80s.

In a major restructuring in 2005, three other subsidiaries were declared 'dormant'. These are:

  • Promise, Professional Management Information Ltd (Human Resource Services/ Training).
  • DKaConsultants Ltd (Management and Marketing Consultancy)
  • DKaCorporate Strategy Action Group Ltd (Mergers and Acquisitions/ Takeovers: planning, implementation and communications; change of corporate culture)

Today the DKA Group operates through the legal entity, DKA Holdings Ltd.
